Fortress of Inca offers free ground shipping within the continental U.S.A. on all orders
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories is a flat rate of $15 per item.
International Shipping is available to basically anywhere in the world for a flat rate of $35 per item.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return or exchange your purchase within 30 days* of receiving the goods for a full refund. We will email you a prepaid label for exchanges or returns within the continental United States.
ALL MARKED DOWN SALES ARE FINAL. You may not return merchandise that was purchased during a sale event or in the Outlet section on our website.
In order to receive a full refund:
- Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories are responsible for shipping and handling charges for all returns and exchanges.
- International customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges for all returns and exchanges.
- Return request must be made within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.
- The product must be returned “as new.” We cannot accept returned items with any wear and tear.
- Your product must have been purchased from our website. Any products purchased from a retail location will have to adhere to the return/exchange policy of the retail location they purchased from.
- If you purchased our shoes through a 3rd party site or store then you will be responsible for your own return shipping costs.**
- You must have been the original purchaser of the shoes/boots. We use the information in our database to automatically refund the same account that was used to purchase your boots. If you feel like you have a special exception to this policy, feel free to e-mail us at email@example.com and we will do what we can to help you out.
Please allow up to 10 business days from the date we receive your return to complete your return or exchange.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
*Return for refund requests that exceed the 30 day limit are subject to approval on a case by case basis, and the refund will be in online store credit.
**Returns/exchanges for goods purchased through a 3rd party site or store are subject to approval on a case by case basis. We strongly suggest you to contact the original place of purchase for customer service.
